Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Florida Fishing Outfitters. We hope you are enjoying your purchase and catching some fish!

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase and if you need to return or exchange an item, we're here to help.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Florida Fishing Outfitters, 1500 US Highway 19, Holiday, FL 34691
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to Florida Fishing Outfitters, accessible from https://flfishingoutfitters.com
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Standard Return & Exchange Policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning or exchanging a product you purchased online from Florida Fishing Outfitters:

Time Frames

You have 30 calendar days to receive up to a full refund to your original payment method from the date you received your shipment.
If you return or exchange a product between 1 to 3 months, you may receive a refund to your original payment method minus a $10 restocking fee.
If you return or exchange  a product between 3 to 6 months, you will receive a refund on a store gift card or account credit minus a $25 restocking fee.
Refunds and exchanges are not accepted 6 months after the date you received the product.

Other Considerations

Only items that have been purchased directly from Florida Fishing Outfitters online can be returned online or at one of our network of physical stores.
If there is a discrepancy between the policies of the physical store and the online store, the physical store's will supersede.
Please ensure that the item you're returning has all its original packaging fully intact and repackaged with all the accessories and documentation that were included when you received it.
You may return both regular priced and sale items, unless previously marked as final sale.

There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:

Custom ordered items made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
Items which according to their nature deteriorate rapidly when opened.
Items which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
Items, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Warranty for Damages and Defects

If a product arrives damaged then you have 14 days to notify us and initiate a Warranty Claim
If a product is used and immediately is found to be defective, then you must notify us within 30 days from receiving the product and initiate a Warranty Claim
We will provide a free shipping label for Warranty Claims
After 30 days of receiving the product, any defect claims must be placed with the manufacturer of the product with their warranty period.
Warranty claims for Lee Fisher Sports, Joy Fish, Ohero, and other Lee Fisher International private label brands will be accepted by Florida Fishing Outfitters or any physical store in the network.

Warranty claims are subject to additional inspection and may take up to 10 business days after receipt before a refund is issued. 

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Bring your item to an local store
You can always return the item to any local fishing outfitters store in our network. A Manager will assist you with your return. Your refund will be processed at that time. For locations and addresses please scroll down to the footer or visit our page "contact us".

 


Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

In-Store Pickup and Return

Apple offers in-store pickup for many of the items available on the Online Store. Certain products and payment methods, however, may not qualify for in-store pickup. Only you or the person designated by you may pick up the item(s) purchased. A government-issued photo ID and order number will be required for pickup. Apple will notify you when your order is ready and the date by which you need to pick up your items. We’ll also send you a reminder or two, just in case it slips your mind. Pickup Contact

If you select in-store pickup, you may designate a third party to pick up your order. You must provide the name and email address of the third party. Please note that certain products and payment methods are not eligible for in-store pickup by a third party. The third party will need to bring a government issued photo ID and order number for pickup. Apple is not responsible for actions taken by the third party once your item(s) have been picked up.

Consumers Only

The Apple Store sells and ships products to end-user customers only, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale.

U.S. Shipping Only

Products purchased online from Apple will only be shipped to addresses within the U.S. and are subject to U.S. and foreign export control laws and regulations. Product Availability and Limitations

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Apple may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us, we’re building them as fast as we can. Apple reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when Apple confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, Apple will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
